Thanks to Mark Stryker for help with the setlist.

The master cassettes of this show have been lost to time.
These 1st-gen cassettes were given to Table owner Terry Masar
the day after the performance and were lost for 28 years. 
They were recovered by Shelley Masar and Jeff Machota in 2014 
and returned to Sean Kutzko.
